Welcome to Our Cat Family!

Like most cat owners (or soon-to-be ones) cats are our obsession! We love them like we love any child, and we only want the best for them. In fact, our cats Thelma and Louis (yes, they are siblings named after that other iconic duo) are the reason we created this site! We adopted them from a local rescue the day after Mother’s Day in 2023 (they were found in an Uber, hence the road-adventure names! LOL), and they have been our whole world ever since! Thelma is the orange-and-white one. She is very sweet but can be a little timid, though she sleeps at our feet every night. Louis is black-and-white and is a total people person who loves to snuggle. He also tends to fight/play with his sister and bite her butt! Classic brother, right?

As pet owners, volunteers (and bloggers since 2000!) we know how important our fur babies are, so we wanted to create a website to document all of the research we do on the best food, toys, beds, and games for our cats, and extend that on to you! Everything we post about has been put through the Thelma and Louis test, meaning if it’s not good enough for our babies it’s not good for yours!
